The N.A.D.I.R. Method™
From insight to lasting transformation.
The structured, five-stage framework Dr. Gina built to close the gap between understanding your patterns and actually changing them.
Insight alone does not change lives. Most clients in therapy eventually understand their patterns — and then get stuck watching themselves repeat them. The N.A.D.I.R. Method™ is the structured framework that has guided hundreds of women and couples out of circular conversations and into real, durable change.
The Five Stages
How transformation actually moves.
N — Notice
We begin by slowing down enough to actually see what is happening — in your nervous system, in your relationships, and in the stories you have been telling yourself. Notice is the foundation; everything downstream depends on it.
A — Acknowledge
Acknowledging is different from noticing. It is the honest, sometimes uncomfortable work of saying: 'Yes. This is mine. This is what I have been carrying.' Acknowledgment moves pain from the shadows into the light, where it can finally be worked with.
D — Define
Vague pain breeds vague solutions. In this stage we name the patterns, the wounds, the values, and the outcomes with precision. Definition turns a cloud of suffering into a map you can actually navigate.
I — Integrate
Integration is where insight becomes embodiment. Using CBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and somatic awareness, we weave new patterns into your daily life — your relationships, your body, your schedule, your voice.
R — Rise
The final movement is Rise — stepping into the version of you that the earlier stages have made possible. Rise is not a destination but a posture: a way of leading your life with clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
Why It Works
Five reasons clients see lasting change.
- It is structured — you always know where you are in the process.
- It is integrative — it holds cognitive, emotional, somatic, and relational work together.
- It is personalized — the same five stages look different for every client.
- It is accountable — each stage has clear markers of progress.
- It is sustainable — the skills outlive the therapy.
