About
Meet Dr. Gina
A licensed clinical social worker who has spent her career walking alongside women, teens, couples, and families through the most tender chapters of their lives.
Her Story
Healing is not a destination — it is a return.
Dr. Gina Nadir — known to her clients simply as Dr. Gina — believes healing is a steady, faithful coming-home to the self that has always been there.
Her practice, RMN Therapy & Consultation Services, is built on a simple conviction: every person deserves a clinician who sees them fully, honors their story, and has the training to meet them there. As a woman of color, a supervisor, a leader, and a clinician, Dr. Gina brings all of who she is into the room.
What RMN Means
Refuge for Manifesting the Nascent
"Nascent" means coming into being — the self that is already forming beneath the noise of anxiety, old patterns, and other people's expectations. A refuge is a safe place. Together, those words name the work: a protected space to become who you already are.
